House “Lagon Bleu”

Welcome to the “Lagon Bleu” house in the prestigious seaside resort of La Saline les bains. Its proximity to the beach makes it a rare find. In fact, the house is on the front line and adjoins another house. Access to the beach is via a fisherman’s path from the front door. From the first floor, you can enjoy the view over the lagoon of La Saline les bains and the magnificent sunsets from the deckchairs. This charming house is a blend of wood and volcanic stone, decorated with beautiful materials that combine modernity and authenticity.

The house is located on the beach at La Saline les bains. Access is via a sandy path from the main road. Parking spaces are provided and secured by a gate.

On the first floor, you’ll find a freshly decorated indoor living room with flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. In the living room, there’s a dining table for up to 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen. The cordon bleu of the living room will have all the comforts to prepare tasty dishes. Hotplates, food processors, utensils, dishwasher. The bathroom is behind the living room, and has a shower with separate WC.

Upstairs, the house offers 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms. One overlooks the garden, the other the sea. The highlight of the latter room is its balcony, which runs almost all the way round the house. It is equipped with deckchairs and a parasol. From May to October, you can take advantage of this rooftop to admire the humpback whales while sipping a fresh juice or cocktail. The 2 rooms have private toilets.

Outside, there’s a dining table for 6 and 2 deckchairs in the garden for sunbathing or relaxing. Access to the beach is via a secure gate leading to the white sandy beach of La Saline les bains. The beach is less than 20 meters away and is one of the ideal beaches for children’s swimming.

Sleeps 4. There is a BBQ. Wifi. Washing machine. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. The house is a 5-minute walk from the first shops in the center of La Saline des bains.
