Welcome to Villa Le Capitaine, just 30 meters from the beach and lagoon of La Saline-les-bains, with private access via a sandy path. This charming Creole house boasts a dream vacation location. It’s a 2-minute walk from the center of La Saline-les-bains, close to a supermarket, restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy. It offers peace and quiet, however, as it is set in a green setting protected by tall trees and tropical plants. Access to the beach makes this villa a unique location for your vacation in Reunion Island.

Presentation of the Villa Capitaine :

This villa in Reunion is built on stilts and has a large garden of just over 100m². Access is via a sandy path. Enter through a small gate and you’ll discover this all-wood house with species endemic to Reunion Island. You’ll find a veranda with a sitting area, ideal for get-togethers with friends or family, and a dining table for up to 8 people. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the veranda and indoor living room. The indoor living room is spacious with sofas and armchairs. There’s also a flat-screen TV for movie nights. There’s also a small desk in the living room.

There are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, 1 with two twin-beds. Each room is well-lit and overlooks the garden. There is 1 bathroom and separate toilet. It is also possible to place a cot in one of the bedrooms.

In the garden, there are 3 deckchairs with cushions, ideal for lazy days. There’s also an outdoor shower for cooling off or rinsing off after a dip in the sea. At the far end of the garden, you have direct access to the beach via a small sandy path. This access is dedicated to the house.

This villa in La Saline-les-Bains offers great features (BBQ, Wifi, private parking, direct beach access, washing machine, dishwasher…) and a superb location.
